Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made directly through this website.

Unpaid reservations

While you are completing payment, your room is held for a short period (about 20 minutes). If payment is not completed within that window, the reservation is released automatically and no charge is made.

Cancelling a confirmed booking

[Free cancellation up to N days before the check-in date — to be confirmed with the property.] Cancellations made after that point may be charged the first night's room rate.

To request a cancellation, contact us at rsvn@doodle.tech with your booking reference. Cancellations are processed by the property.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment partner (Stripe or Omise). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the refund to appear.

Refund amounts are calculated according to the cancellation terms above.

No-shows
