Privacy Policy

When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.

When you check in — online or at the property — we collect your passport or government-issued ID details, nationality, and optionally your estimated arrival time and any special requests.

Payments are processed by our payment partners, Stripe and Omise. Your card details are entered on their secure systems and are never stored by us. We retain only a payment reference needed to identify and, where applicable, refund your booking.

We use your information to process and confirm your booking, to prepare for your stay and check-in, to comply with Thai hospitality and immigration record-keeping requirements, and to contact you about your reservation.

We use essential cookies and session storage to operate the booking flow. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

We keep booking and registration records for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
